Bregenz/Altenrhein-Missing support funds from the Swiss Confederation could become the major problem of the St. Gallen-Altenrhein airfield in Eastern Switzerland. Thousands of air travelers from Vorarlberg would also be affected by restrictions or even one “from” the airfield. Due to “lack of planning security”, People’s Air Group- via Altenrhein Airport AG operator of the airfield- has now postponed the renovation of the start and landing slope planned for August 2025.
