Businessman and candidate for mayor of SP in 2024 says that entry into the venture in Pirenópolis will be for “few people”
The businessman and candidate for the city of São Paulo in 2024 (PRTB) announced this Thursday (3.ab.2025) the launch of the “1st Premium Condominium” from Pirenópolis (GO). The venture, called the Commendation Riviera, will have a selection process for a restricted number of people, according to Marçal.
To purchase a lot, you will need to submit an application, which will be evaluated by the condominium team. If approved, the candidate will move to the next approval phase until the purchase is completed. The initiative is a partnership with the former BBB. Had already been announced on March 26.
