You will be done once. It is easy, the result is excellent in taste and consistency and your blood vessels will applaud with the joy that you do not send them a strong dose of cholesterol, because you will make this homemade mushroom without eggs. You only need 4 ingredients. Which are they?

How to prepare vegan mayonnaise
Prepare oil and soy milk so that both have the same room temperature. Mix all 4 ingredients together and put the head of the submersible blender to the bottom. Mix until an emulsified mixture is formed. Once you succeed, it is now appropriate to move the blender up and down. Oil will remain on your surface, so you need to work it. When a mixture with a creamy texture is created, the homemade Majolka is finished.
Preparation in a high -speed blender
If you do not have a submersible blender at home, but high -speed, you can also use the one. Simply put the three remaining ingredients without oil and mix for 5 seconds. Then reduce the speed and gradually add the oil until the mixture thickens.
Whether you set out on a submersible or high -speed blender, do not forget to taste the result of both work. Majolka can request more salt. Well, if you evaluate that the result is too thick, you still have a little job – add a little soy milk and mix. It may also happen that your vegan work will be a bit watery, in which case you can do it with more oil. In this case, any undesirable consistency can be solved by adding appropriate ingredients.
