My home, my life expands income range to up to $ 12,000

The purpose of the measure is to meet the middle class, whose per capita income ranges from R $ 1,926 to R $ 8,303 per month. The change was made possible, approved by last month, that $ 18 billion additional to the program.

Financing ranges

With the inclusion of the new track, families will be able to finance properties of up to R $ 500,000 with payment deadline of up to 420 months. The interest rate will be 10.5% per year. According to the government, the expectation is to benefit 120,000 families in 2025.

Currently, the latest track of Minha Casa, Minha Vida served families with gross income between $ 4,400.01 and $ 8,000, with a nominal rate of 8.16% per year. Here are conditions for the other program of the program:

  • Income of up to R $ 2 thousand – interest of up to 4.5% per year;
  • Income of up to R $ 2,640 – interest of up to 4.75% per year;
  • Income of up to R $ 3,200 – interest of up to 5.25% per year;
  • Income of up to R $ 3,800 – interest of up to 6% per year;
  • Income of up to R $ 4,400 – interest of up to 7% per year; and
  • Income of up to R $ 8 thousand – interest of up to 8.16% per year.

Since the resumption of the program, more than 1.2 million housing units have been hired. The goal is to reach 2 million by the end of 2026.
