Complaint describes alleged abuses committed against a man in 2015, involving abduction, coercion and forced sexual acts. The American artist awaits trial, starting on May 5, at the Federal Court of Manhattan
A few weeks of the beginning of Sean’s “Diddy” Combs trial, the American music producer was accused again, this time for drugs and sexually assaulting a man.
The complaint, with 64 pages, known this Friday, describes a pattern of violence, sexual coercion and psychological manipulation. Crimes include human beings, extortion, obstruction of justice, manipulation of witnesses and sexual aggression. The victim, Joseph Manzaro, claims to have been coerced, drug added, kidnapped and subject to forced and “humiliating” sexual acts over several days in a chain of events that, according to the prosecution, was coordinated by Combs and his network.
“Combs used its influence, wealth and power to orchestrate and facilitate abuse, intimidate victims and silence witnesses,” reads the document.
In addition to Combs – also known in the music world by Puff Daddy and P. Diddy – were accused several figures from the personal and professional sphere of Combs, including Eric Mejias, Brendan Paul, Adria Englyh and even known music producer Emilio Estefan.
Kidnapped, drugged and “punished” at private parties
According to the complaint, the facts date back to April 2015. Manzaro claims to have been kidnapped from his home in Florida by Eric Mejias. Already unconscious, he was taken to different places, including the Emilio Estefan mansion in Miami, where the birthday party of Diddy’s son Christian Combs would take place.
During this course, Manzaro claims to have been drugged and forced to participate in one of the so -called Freak Offs – Private Events organized by Combs, described in the 2024 accusation as “elaborate sexual shows” with male workers.
The victim describes a horror scenario: he was forced to wear a “phallic mask” dressed in a small size bikini and led by various divisions until he reached a “hidden tunnel” that led him to Diddy’s mansion. There were several celebrities there and it was where he was subject to violent sexual aggressions, until he loses his senses. Then he was abandoned in a “gang house” and brutally beaten.
According to the process, man suffered permanent physical injuries, including sexual mutilation and multiple hernias, as well as deep psychological trauma and economic damage.
In the following years, Joseph Manzaro says he was the target of persecution and death threats from the nearby figures, including threats from his minor son’s abduction. In the lawsuit, calls for compensatory and punitive compensation, as well as a court order to prevent Diddy and his associates from harassing or destroying evidence.
Celebrities deny accusations
Among those present at the party, Manzaro refers to names like Beyoncé, Jay-Z and LeBron James.
LeBron James’s team has already denied the accusation, stating that the player was playing for the Cleveland Cavaliers in April 2015, away from Miami.
The spokesman for Emilio and Gloria Estefan assured that “there was no party” on the property referred to between 2012 and 2019.
Diddy’s lawyers responded that the new accusation is a “desperate effort to get attention and money,” and guarantee that the artist “awaits the day of trial in court, where the truth will be revealed.”
Sean Combs has been detained since September 16, 2024 and is said innocent of all accusations. His trial is scheduled for May 5 at the Federal Court of Manhattan.
