Findup, which develops systems aimed at the IT service areas of companies, has received a new round of investments led by managers venture capital Domo.vc e Gulf Capital.

Born almost ten years ago, the company had the proposal to be a kind of “Uber from computer technicians” and had already won a first dome contribution – $ 5 million – five years ago.

Since 2020, the business has evolved. Today, in addition to operating in the so -called “Field Service” (or fieldwork) with over 18,000 registered technicians, the Findup platform also uses artificial intelligence in the automation of typical processes of service deskreducing the need for human service.

With customers such as Calvin Klein, Natura, C&A and Azul, the company earned about $ 20 million by 2024 and now projects 80% in 2025. The value of the new contribution was not revealed.

“We use data technology and analysis to increase IT users’ productivity by up to 30%,” says Fábio Freire, founder and CEO of Findup. “Our next step is prediction. With data, we can know if the equipment will break before breaking.”
