The Federal Police indicted Flamengo striker Bruno Henrique on suspicion of fraud in sports competition. The receipt of a card to benefit gamblers is at the target of the investigators.
In November 2024, the athlete was one of the targets of an operation of PF and Gaeco (Special Action Group to combat organized crime), the Federal District Prosecutor’s Office, related to bets on a card of the player who would have been made by relatives of the athlete.

According to Metrópoles, the PF located messages on the cell phone of Wander Nunes Pinto Junior, brother of Bruno Henrique, indicating that the athlete anticipated that he would receive a yellow card during a match.
