Each drinking fountain should have a lower container so that animals can also consume drinking water.
The project, presented by councilors Luna Zarattini (), Renata Falzoni (PSB) and Silvinho Leite (Union), now goes to the mayor’s sanction or veto ().
“This project is a victory for the general population, especially for the most vulnerable homeless people. We expect the sanction of the project,” he says
According to the text, the subprefectures will be responsible for maintaining the drinking fountains. It will also be possible to partners the Executive with private companies and civil society organizations for the acquisition and maintenance of equipment.
