There are recipes that taste special, also by associating with specific people. It’s traditional Yeast dough is a grandmother’s recipe – I’ve never encountered a better one. Every bite reminds me of beautiful moments, my family and guests also love them.
Prepare the following ingredients:
- 1 kg of wheat flour,
- 300 ml of milk,
- 10 yolks,
- 20 g fresh yeast, y
- 200 g of powdered sugar,
- 100 g of butter,
- a pinch of salt
- The skin is wiped with 2 lemons
- Fat to smear the mold
- 1 egg for spreading
- raisins (optional)
Heat the milk to make it warm, but not hot. Melt butter in a saucepan.
Crumble yeast and mix with a spoonful of powdered sugar and a glass of warm milk. Set aside in a warm place to rise.
Pour the flour into a large bowl. Pour it with milk and mix with a wooden spoon. When the mass cools down to room temperature, only then go to further preparation of the dough. Add leaven, yolks, left sugar and lemon zest. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until the ingredients combine. Finally, pour the melted butter and make the dough in such a way that the fat is absorbed. Form a ball and cover it. Set aside to rise for about 90 minutes.
When the dough doubles the volume, transfer it to the greased form (it should occupy a maximum of ⅓ height). Brush the top with a beaten egg and sprinkle with raisins. Bake in the oven preheated to 160 ° C for 60-70 minutes.
