Crime happened after discussion because of the final destination; Author was arrested in the act
An application driver stabbed and killed a passenger during a race in Penha, east of São Paulo, on Saturday night (26.abr). The crime happened around 11:50 pm on Gabriela Mistral Avenue, near the Avenida Condessa Elizabeth of Robiano.
According to the Military Police (), the victim and girlfriend had left a party in the South Zone and requested transportation to another address. Along the way, the driver would have been confused with fate, which generated a discussion. The disagreement ended with the passenger being hit by knife blows.
Safety cameras images show the vehicle stopped at the intersection. The driver descends after the attack and leaves the place on foot. The victim was rescued to the Tatuapé Municipal Hospital, but died as a result of the injuries.
The suspect was located and arrested in the act by the PM. He was taken to the 31st Police District in Vila Carrão, where the case was registered as murder.
