The Military Police of São Paulo fired the soldier this Wednesday (14), after 19 years of service. The decision was motivated after the agent abandon the service station during a carnival operation in 2022 to stay in a box At the Anhembi sambadrome, in São Paulo.

According to the publication of the State Official Gazette, the resignation occurred by “committing acts attentive to the institution and the State”, constituting a serious disciplinary transgression, as provided for in the Disciplinary Regulation of the Military Police (Complementary Law 893/01).

On the night of Thursday (15), the now former PM, who has more than 145,000 followers on social networks, spoke about the resignation, claiming to be a victim of injustice and persecution for having “a lot of personality” and fighting for his rights, such as having tattoos, especially on his face.

Coutinho detailed what happened at the carnival of 2022, stating that he entered the cabin to use the bathroom, with permission, and remained in place for about 1 hour and 40 minutes due to interactions with the public that recognized him.

“I didn’t go there to be enjoying it, I entered to go to the bathroom that was authorized,” said Coutinho, contesting the accusations that he would have breached the preventive policing mission.

He claims that he paid attention to the people who recognized him, following the PM guidelines, and that his stay in the cabin to cater to fans led the corporation’s name in evidence.

The former soldier also questioned the allegation that he would have entered the box without permission, stating that both the lieutenant in charge of the operation and the sergeant were aware of his trip to the bathroom.

Coutinho expressed his indignation with the decision, comparing his situation with that of other police officers who, according to him, committed more serious acts and were not fired. “I didn’t steal, I didn’t take money from anyone, I didn’t get involved in a bribery scheme, I didn’t kill colleague inside the barracks, I didn’t abuse as a child and I have no moral condition to continue the PM?” He said.

At the end of his outburst, he claimed to be “very sad” and with the “heart destroyed” for being turned off from the Military Police, an institution that says love. In a moment of great emotion, Coutinho showed cracks in his fingers, attributing the problem to his emotional shake.

He also reported that his corporation belongings were handed over to his house inside a garbage bag, which he interpreted as a sign that the PM considers him “garbage”, even after working for 19 years at the institution.
