German court says the defendants were aware of the millions of cases of data manipulation of diesel engine emissions.

The Braunschweig Court condemned This Monday Two former Volkswagen Executive the effective arrest for fraud, under the scandal of diesel engine emissions data manipulation; and two others the penalties to be fulfilled in parole.
