The horror started shortly before 10 a.m. Numerous shots fell in the Borg Dreierschützengasse school in the Lend district in the Lend district, in a quiet residential area and in the immediate vicinity of the Helmut-List-Halle. A total of eleven people died in the killing spree. The alleged perpetrator committed suicide in a school toilet. Around a dozen people were injured, some of them seriously.
