The team of trainer Pia Sundhage ran behind in a direct duel with Finland before Riola Xhemaili scored the 1-1 (0-0) goal in the 92nd minute. The draw was enough for Switzerland. The Norwegians, which were already fixed in the co-phase, beat Iceland 4: 3 (2: 1) and thus ended the group phase with three wins.
