In a text published on Instagram, Florinda Meza wrote that the production of “Chespirito” is taking from the context “past interviews” to be used improperly.
“You write stories thinking about how they think they should be. You didn’t even respect my right to remain silent on these issues. For the result of this series, you scoured the archives and dug out of the past interviews, which are in a different context, and used them against me. In real life, with human beings, not with soap opera characters, there are many things to consider,” said the actress.
Meza also said he did not file a lawsuit against the series, but is deciding what he will do next.
“My name, my image and my life are mine. When I have something to report, everyone will know for me,” he said.
