The doctor admitted guilty in case of death of actor Matthew Perry

A doctor who supplied actor Matthew Perry Ketamines on Wednesday in court about the death of the star of the series Friends in 2023 for an overdose. According to the AFP report, TASR reports this.

Forty -three -year -old Salvador Plasence, one of the five accused in connection with Perry’s death, confessed to the Federal Court of Los Angeles to four points of the indictment of ketamine distribution. In his case, the judgment should be brought on December 3, and in the case of convicts, he faces up to 40 years in prison. He also gives up his medical license.

Plasence did not provide Perry’s fatal dose of ketamine, but gave him this medicine in weeks before the actor found a dead in a whirlpool in his house in Los Angeles.

Another physician Mark Chavez confessed last October to associate with the aim of distributing Ketamine Perry. Plasence allegedly bought ketamine from Chávez and sold it to this American-Canadian actor at enormously exaggerated prices. “I wonder how much this idiot will pay,” Plasence wrote in one of the text messages presented by prosecutors.

Jasveen Sangh, an alleged “ketamine queen” who supplied drugs to high -ranking clients and celebrities, is accused of selling a Perry dose that killed him. Rejects allegations.

Actors Kenneth Iwamas’s personal assistant and another man confessed in August to allegations of associations to distribute ketamine.

Perry has been struggling for years with addiction that began during his work in the series Friends, when he became one of the biggest television stars of his generation. His death at the age of 54, however, triggered a wave of shock, says AFP.

Shortly after the autopsy found that the body had high levels of anesthetics ketamine, the investigation began. In his agreement with the prosecutors on the guilt and punishment, he said he had come to Perry’s home to inject him ketamine, and for about two weeks in the fall of 2023 he gave him 20 ampoules with this medicine.

Perry used ketamine as part of controlled treatment of depression. However, prosecutors say he became addicted to this substance before his death. Ketamine also has psychedelic properties and is a popular drug at parties, specifying AFP.
