A drunk tractor player caused a traffic accident in the village of Černík in the district of Nové Zámky and missed the place. Shortly after the accident, the police tracked him down and underwent a breath test. The driver in breath measured more than three per mille of alcohol, informed the Regional Directorate of the Police Force in Nitra.
The driver of the tractor in Černík broke into a standing passenger motor vehicle Škoda Fabia, which he damaged. After the police arrived, the culprit was not at the scene of the accident. The tractor that responded the description was observed by the police to ride the field in the direction of Maňa. Using the sound-light warning sign, they tried to stop the tractor. However, the driver did not respond to the challenges and continued to drive. He stopped on the road III/1650 in the direction of Kmeťovo.
The breath test had a positive result in a 40-year-old driver, inflating 3.08 per mille. The police limited the man’s personal freedom, detained his driving license and placed him in a police cell.
