American Democratic Senator Tim Kaine intends to present a resolution against the taxation of 50% of US President Donald Trump to Brazilian products. The charge starts next Friday, August 1st.
It is expected that the White House head will soon sign an executive order with legal justifications to tax the country.
“As soon as the White House sends the communication to Congress about the legal justification for this, if it is an emergency statement, I will immediately contest it as it is not really an emergency,” Virginia’s Senator Democrat told journalists in Washington.

The parliamentarian said he can only do this after sending the Senate Order of Trump, which has not yet been done.
The measure in favor of Brazil can follow Tim Kaine’s resolution line against Trump’s fares to Canada. The measure was approved by the Senate in April, but was not submitted to the vote in the Plenary of the Chamber of Representatives.
