Minister Taraba responds to the criticism of the opposition: What about the extraction of wood in national parks?

The state currently has 24 contracts with local saws, which are within 50 kilometers from national parks. There were only five of them during the reign of the current opposition. Minister of the Environment of the Slovak Republic Tomáš Taraba (SNS nominee) on the social network referred to the opposition in connection with its criticism that the busy wood is sold abroad and is not done to process a local customer and processor.

“Nowadays, I found out 24 local sawmills, which are within 50 kilometers of national parks. When the SaS party ruled (Freedom and Solidarity), it was a total of five contracts,” specified.
