Argentine cyclist Nicolás Tivani (AviluDo Louletano-Loulé) won the first stage of the 86th round in Portugal, imposed on the unprecedented arrival at the Sameiro Sanctuary in Braga, with Rafael Reis (Anicolor-Tien) to maintain the general leadership.
Tivani was the strongest to Sprint at the end of 162.3 kilometers since Viana do Castelo, which he fulfilled on 03: 56.04 hours, ahead of Spaniard Jesus Peña (AP Hotels & Resorts-Tavira-Farense), second, and Australian Brady Gilmore (Israel Premier Tech Academy), third, with the same time as the winner.
