The episode ended with the run -over and death of lawyer Juliana Chaar, hit by a pickup truck conducted by Diego Passos, who is already fulfilled pre -trial detention for the crime.
Maia presented himself to the headquarters of the Organized Crime Police Station (Deic) and, after the usual procedures, was sent to the Flagrant Police Station (Defla). It should be transferred to the Special Operations Battalion (BOPE), near Chácara Ipê, where it will remain in custody.
