In practice, the sum of petistas and pockets was 70%at the same level of April this year.

The June survey had been the first time since the beginning of the historical series of, in December 2022, in which the portion of Brazilians who declare themselves Bolsonarists had equated with those who identify themselves as petistas.

Over the past two and a half years – score after those who led Lula to his third term – Datafolha asked nine occasions to the interviewees: “Considering a scale of 1 to 5, where 1 is a pocketist and 5 petista, in which number do you fit?”.

US President Donald Trump announced a 50% tariff for Brazilian products and revoked the visas of eight Supreme Ministers. Moraes was punished with the Magnitsky Law, created for people who committed crimes against human rights. In parallel, the Bolsonarist base has intensified attacks on the Supreme Court, asking for an unrestricted amnesty to all involved in the coup plot.
