O WhatsApp presented instability on the afternoon of Wednesday (13). Problems with the application began to be reported by users around 4:48 pm.
According to the DoweTector tool, which monitors problems with websites and apps, there were almost 2,500 notifications of problems with WhatsApp in the afternoon. See the chart below:
The most notified problems among netizens were on WhatsApp Web (84%), mobile application (10%) and server connection (6%).
