Corruption case Syseľ: The Supreme Court has returned it to a specialized criminal court

The Supreme Court (NS) of the Slovak Republic returned the case of a media known as a SYSEL, which concerns suspicion of influencing decisions in Eastern Slovak courts, a specialized criminal court (STS) for re -negotiation and decision. The original judgment by which the STS sentenced the three defendants to conditional imprisonment is set aside.

“The judgment under appeal is incorrect and has errors, especially because of its confusion, incompleteness of factual findings, and also because the court has not dealt with all the circumstances significant for the decision,” justified the Tuesday’s decision by the Chairman of the Senate of the NS SR.

The indictment concerns three deeds.
