Federal Police officers are on the streets on the morning of Tuesday (19) with Operation Arco Sul, which aims to dismantle a criminal group dedicated to drug trafficking and money laundering.
The group acts in the states of São Paulo, Paraná and Mato Grosso do Sul, according to PF.
There are 110 with the support of the Special Action Group to Combat Ribeirão Preto Organized Crime (SP), and 32 military police to serve 24 temporary arrest warrants (with a 30 -day initial period, extendable for another 30) and 20 search and seizure warrants.
Weapons and large amounts of drugs have already been seized in the action. A balance will be released at the end of the operation.
Investigations, which began in 2024, have so far resulted in 13 flagrants, 18 arrests and in the seizure of more than .
