A woman identified as Celia Soares46, was prey in the act em Mossoró (RN) for presenting itself as Judge and use a fake document.
She was released after a custody hearing held on Thursday (21). Justice granted her provisional releasewith the application of precautionary measures, and it will respond to the process in freedom.
The arrest occurred on Wednesday (20) after an application driver distrusted the wife, who was with his mother and daughter.
According to the driver, the contradictory versions about his profession and the excess of luggage led him to lead them to a post of PRF (Federal Highway Police)on BR-304.
Fake Document Discovery
At the police station, Celia performed with the titles of judge, judge and prosecutor, and displayed a wallet from OAB (Brazilian Bar Association) with clear indications of forgery.
A quick check found that the document had no chip, the names of the parents were different from those in their identity and the registration number belonged to another lawyer, registered in the state of Paraná.
Given the evidence, it was given imprisonment for Use of False Documentand Celia was referred to the Civil Police, where the accusation was formalized. His cell phone was seized for investigation while his mother and daughter were heard and released.

After spending the detained night, Celia participated in the custody hearingwhere the court decided to release, after bail.
The defense has reported that it will only comment on the case file and that the client has been “unfounded mockery.” The case is still under investigation at the Mossoró’s counterfeiting and defrauding police station, with the prosecution’s accompaniment.
