After Vitor Belfort’s withdrawal, Ambelino “Popó” Freitas was confirmed as Wanderlei Silva’s new opponent at Spaten Fight Night, an event that will take place in Sao Paulo. The replacement occurred after Belfort was dismissed for medical reasons.

The event emerged as a rematch for the duel between the former MMA folds, but the moment had to be postponed again indefinitely. With this, Popó took the place to duel against Wanderlei.

What was Vitor Belfort’s injury?
