São Paulo Civil Police General, Artur Dian, said the murder of former general-man, Ruy Ferraz Fontes, had characteristics of a planned and highly complex action.
“For the complexity we saw in the criminal action itself, possibly he was followed other days as well,” said Dian, highlighting the care and planning of the attack, which involved more than 20 shots at the former delegate’s vehicle.
According to the general delegate, the action It had heavy weaponry, including rifle loaders and ammunition, found in one of the abandoned vehicles.
“At the time of the expert, we found that the shots were made with determined techniques. No line of investigation will be discarded; we will work tirelessly to capture those responsible,” he added.
“Research and operational teams are fully mobilized, following the guidelines of the Governor Tarcisio and Secretary Derrite. Let’s not stop until you arrest these criminals, ”he said.
