Juventus and Borussia Dortmund face each other on Tuesday (16), at 16h (Brasilia), for the 1st round of Champions League.
The confrontation valid for the league phase will be played at Juventus Stadium in Turin, Italy.
Juventus got its place in this edition of after finishing in fourth position in Serie A.
In the last season of the European League, the Italian club disappointed by being eliminated in the round of 16 playoffs for the PSV.
Already guaranteed his entry into the league phase after being in 4th place in Bundesliga 2024/25.

Champions League format
With the same format of the last year, the teams are divided into four groups with eight teams, which face twice – four home games and four away. Times of the same city do not face each other, but up to three teams of the same country are allowed in each group.
After the rounds, the eight best campaigns of the Champions League advance directly to the round of 16. Those who end from 9th to 24th place in the sum of points will play a playoff, which defines the other eight octave participants.
The teams ending from 25th to 36th place will be eliminated, with no vacancy in the League Europe, as it was until season 2023-24.
From the round of 16, the disputes will have the same system already known, with roundtime games to the semifinal. The decision is made in a single game and neutral field.
