Minister Alexandre de Moraes of the Federal Supreme Court (STF) determined on Monday that hairdresser Débora Rodrigues, known as “Débora do Lipstick”, continues to serve in house arrest to the 14-year sentence to which he was convicted of the acts of 8 January. The decision was made after the final judgment of the judgment that condemned it at the end of August.
Deborah was convicted of the first class of the Supreme Court for the crimes of violent abolition of the Democratic Rule of Law, coup, armed criminal association, qualified damage and deterioration of listed heritage. In addition to the penalty of imprisonment and detention, she was sentenced to the solidarity payment of $ 30 million for collective moral damages.
Although the execution of the penalty should begin in closed regime, Moraes authorized the maintenance of house arrest, applied in March when replaced the pre -trial detention.

Deborah was caught by deprediting Alfredo Ceschiatti’s sculpture “The Justice”, installed in front of the Federal Supreme Court, where she wrote the phrase “Lost, Mané”. The expert report and the accused’s confession were used as evidence in the trial.
The case will now continue for criminal execution, which will be under the responsibility of the Paulínia Criminal Execution Court, in the interior of São Paulo, where Deborah resides.
