In the Neusiedl am See district in Burgenland, a 21-year-old tried to kill his father with an ax on Monday afternoon. The police were able to intervene in good time and persuade the young man to leave the house. Nobody was injured, according to the Burgenland State Police Directorate on Tuesday.
