One person died and “several” were injured after several shots fired at Sky Meadow Country Club in Nashua, New Hampshire, on Saturday, according to local authorities.
A person of interest was arrested, said New Hampshire Assistant Attorney General Peter Hinckley at a news conference on Saturday night, noting that no prison had been made.
Nashua police confirmed that there were only one shooter after initially reporting that two armed suspects had fled the scene and that one of them was on the run.
Some of the injuries were caused by bullets, while others were suffered during the riot, which investigators continue to investigate. Authorities did not say how many people were injured.
Authorities reported that there was no more danger to the public.
