“It was a playboy who lived in front of the beach. I didn’t imagine it was a stalk. He had medical books, lab coats and college friends”he told a carioca businesswoman who met him in Paraíba and received him at his home in Rio de Janeiro.

The woman claims that Matheus used cloned cards to order food and simulated a luxury life. The scam began to crumble when she noticed irregularities, such as the constant use of iFood paid with suspicious cards: “I came to the conclusion that I put a scammer indoors”.

She paid $ 300 for the boy to reschedule his time back to Paraíba and then canceled all the cards, afraid of cloning. Still, he claims to have suffered telephone chase and veiled threats. “It took months to get rid of the stalker”he said. After alerting the police, the calls ceased.

Another case involves a 31 -year -old architect maintained a relationship of about 10 months with Matheus. She claims to have lost more than $ 100,000 and filed a lawsuit to try to recover the amount. The coup began with promises of investments in cryptocurrencies.

“He started to offer the victim the possibility of investments in cryptocurrencies and dollars, always stressing that they would be a way to structure a future together.”reports the police report registered in Caraguatatuba, in São Paulo. There were 51 transactions per pix, credit card and bank transfers.

She also says she caught him in the cameras of her aunt’s house during an investigation into the disappearance of an alliance. “I don’t want to leave it unpunished. I’m sure you’re doing the same thing with other women”he said.

Matheus even joined a clinic after the complaint. A medical report points out: “About 6 years ago, it has started betting, especially sports. Over time it was increasing this habit and the financial contributions involved.”. The document also states that it recognizes that it has caused financial losses in loving and family relationships.

A 23 -year -old girl, a medical student, said she met Matheus in her hometown in the interior of São Paulo. At first he believed he was a person of faith. “He said he was a person of God and, my parents, of the demon”remembered. The relationship generated a removal of the family, which distrusted the boy’s intentions.

When I started to be bothered by his presence and having to pay everything, Matheus began to play with my psychological and my self -esteem.”it detailed. He stayed at her apartment for four months.

She also reports that the young man used money for shopping to make bets. “It was blind”He said, finding that $ 1,000 left to the supermarket had been lost in games. Over the months, she noticed that notes were disappearing from the wallet.

The charges against Matheus also extend to traders and entrepreneurs. A sports arena owner in Cabedelo, Paraíba, claims to have taken a default of $ 800: “Matheus arrived here with a hearty and well-educated Pinta, like most estelionacies”.
