“I have a lot of difficulties looking at debates about cities, municipalities and identifying the winners. There was one thing that was quite clear, which was Pedro Duarte’s attempt to turn the debate about the city of Porto with an argument that seemed very surprising to me, that Porto no more people,” David Diniz begins when asked who was better in the debate.
