Minister Alexandre de Moraes, of the Supreme Court (STF), determined, on Tuesday (23), that licensed deputy Eduardo Bolsonaro (PL-SP) and journalist Paulo Figueiredo present demonstration within 15 days about the complaint of PGR (Attorney General of the Republic) for coercion related to their performance in the United States. The situation has generated concern among PL parliamentarians, which already articulate strategies to defend Eduardo Bolsonaro. According to the analyst, one of the possibilities discussed is the as a form of pressure.
Juliana recalls that the party has already tried, including attempts to name him as secretary and seek breaches in the regiment to allow his remote performance from the United States. However, none of these initiatives was successful.
Part of the PL considers that the deputy should have adopted a more moderate tone regarding the dealings with the US government and criticism of Brazil, while another wing believes it is necessary to defend the son of former President Jair Bolsonaro (PL) at this time.
