Women’s Brazil Cup: Bahia beats Bragantino on penalties and goes to semi

Bahia defeated Red Bull Bragantino on penalties 3-1, on Wednesday afternoon (24), and advanced to the semifinal of the Women’s Brazil Cup. In regular time, the confrontation held at Cícero de Souza Marques Stadium, in Bragança Paulista-SP, ended in a 1-1 draw.

The goal of the steel squad was scored 17 minutes into the first half. After crossing in the large area, Rhaizza settled for Cassia to open the scoring. The brute massa tied already in the end of the final stage, with Vivian.

In the maximum penalties, Vivian, Gaby Santos and Isa Rangel wasted the charges for the São Paulo team.

The other three semifinalists of the Female Brazil Cup will be defined.

São Paulo and Corinthians enter the field this Wednesday, at 18h (from Brasilia). The next day, Palmeiras receives Sport at the Barueri Arena, also at 18h. Later, at 8 pm, Internacional faces railway for a semi -seam.

The confrontations of the semifinals will be defined by draw held by the Brazilian Football Confederation (CBF), on a date to be released. All phases of the national tournament are decided in unique matches.
