In the period between January and August, 87% of net income received exceed R $ 46,366.19, which is the limit of the constitutional ceiling today.
According to the fair, the payrolls of the 48% jump in May, June and July compared to the same period as 2024 and 2023.
The main factor for this variation, says the entity, is the 105% increase in the payments of the “Personal Advantages” heading, which includes for example permanence bonus – paid to magistrates who are still active even and can retire – and five -year.
For Luciana Zaffalon, director of Justa, the TJSP is expected to resort to budget supplementation to pay off personal spending expenses by the end of this year.
In a statement, the Court says it makes, regularly, payments to magistrates and values in delays and salary differences not received at the time. The agency also stated that all payments made, whether for magistrate or server, are published in its transparency portal.
“The recognition of these amounts and their corresponding payment is supported by decisions of the Federal Supreme Court and the National Council of Justice and include unpaid vacation and worked shifts,” said the agency.
