Ten entities representing professionals on Tuesday (23) support for two deputy amendments (PSD-RJ) NA, including one that relieves the social security rules of police.
The suggestion is supported by federations representing Federal Highway Police (Fenaprf), Federal Police (Fenapef), Civil Police (Cobrapol), Criminal Police (Fenappf and Fenaspppen), Municipal Guards (FenaGuadas), Federal Railway Police (Fenapff), Socio -Educational Agents (FENASSE), Positions and Careers of the Brazilian Intelligence Agency and careers (Intelis) and port guards (Angpb).
The amendment, according to the parliamentarian, seeks to adapt to the “peculiarities inherent in the activities performed by these servants” and a recent decision from what restored the differentiation of retirement criteria between men and women police. The Court determined the application of a three -year reducer in the required requirements of police women, until the National Congress legisle on the subject.
It also provides that retirement earnings correspond to all the remuneration of the effective position in which retirement is given, with adjustments in the same proportion and on the same date as the active servers. The amendment still relieves the rules of death pension and disability retirement.
The entities also expressed support for an amendment that includes among the Union’s competences to legislate about general norms of the intelligence and competence activity of (Brazilian Intelligence Agency).
It also includes among the Public Security bodies the Municipal Police, State and District Socio -Educational Security Agencies and Port Guards.
