Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán believes that Russia has already won the war in Ukraine, the only question is when and who will agree with Moscow. This stems from the Monday’s online interview for the Prime Minister for the Pro -Governmental Channel Hour of the Warriors (Harcosok órája) broadcast on the YouTube platform. This is reported by TASR newsletter in Budapest.

Orbán indicated that US President Donald Trump used to ask him about his opinion on the war and he told him that this war was already determined and that the Russians had won it. The question, however, is when and who will reach an agreement with the Russians, whether the US-Russian agreement will occur, or Europeans will finally be willing to negotiate and the European-Russian negotiations will take place.
“This war cannot be won on the front. All military experts, including the best American, say that Ukraine can only win this war if hundreds of thousands of combat units from Western Europe or the US deploy,” Dodal Orban.
In his opinion, the West does not fight against the Russians, but rather does not want to be omitted from the division of Ukraine. “The Russians took 20 percent of Ukraine and the West thinks they have the right to marry the rest,” The Hungarian Prime Minister specified. He added that this is an ordinary imperialist war, but it is not called.
“Westerners simply do not want to lose a piece of the divisible country they have at their disposal, so there is all this war (…), there is a plundering of unfortunate Ukrainians, while pretending to defend Ukraine,” Orbán underlined.
