The High Court of London will hold, on Wednesday (1st), a procedural management hearing in the case moved by Prince Harry and other prominent British figures against the editorial group of the newspaper Daily Mailfor alleged privacy violations.
Harry, King Charles’ youngest son, is one of several authors of the action – alongside singer Elton John and actors Elizabeth Hurley and Sadie Frost – who process Associated Newspapers (ANL) for serious privacy violations over 30 years.
The accusations range from telephone ears and staples in homes to fraudulent medical records.
According to the complainants, and other high press executives would also be involved.
ANL, which publishes the Daily Mailo Mail on Sunday and the MailOnlineHe denied participation in illegal practices and classified the “sensational allegations made by Prince Harry and others” as “simply absurd.”
It is expected to start at the beginning of 2026.
