The second edition of the Macaxeira Festival continues to move the Florestal Horto in Rio Branco, this Saturday (4), with a family -oriented program, which includes cultural, gastronomic attractions and leisure activities. The highlight of the day will be the contest of the largest macaxeira, scheduled for 5:30 pm.

The activities start from 14h with the presentation of the Grupo Moças do Samba, followed by the trio Hurricane, at 16:15. At the same time, from 16h to 20h, there will be leisure and children’s recreation for children who follow the event.
After the contest, the program will continue with the parade and choice of Miss Universe, scheduled for 7:30 pm. The night will also be animated by the music of Forró no Seringal, at 9:30 pm, and by the show by John Rabelo and Banda, which ends the activities of the night at 10:45 pm.
The festival, which takes place this year in Horto Florestal, extends until Sunday (5) and brings together local exhibitors, farmers and entrepreneurs, focusing on the valorization of culture, rural production and acrea gastronomy.
