The complaint was made by a 20-year-old girl, Inês Araújo, through a video published on the social network TikTok, where she reports her version of events.
The digital content creator is the target of a new public accusation. He is accused of having caused a road accident last week, in Évora, and of having left the scene without providing assistance to the occupants of the other vehicle.
According to, Inês Araújo I was heading with three friends towards Feira de São João, in Évora. As he approached Rotunda da Maré, he signaled his intention to take the first exit using the blinker.
It was at that moment that the driver of the other vehicle tried to overtake her on the right, using the shoulder. One of the passengers managed to write down the registration number of the vehicle involved.
“I only had time to brake so as not to enter the roundabout uncontrollably and cause more damage”, reports the young woman in the published video.

Later, after contact with the authorities, the license plate identified Tiago Grila as the owner of the vehicle.
Inês Araújo denies the version presented by Grila, who claims to have been the victim of the accident and states that he was the one who contacted the authorities. The young woman also accuses him of not providing assistance or showing any concern for the occupants of the vehicle.
According to the young woman, at the time of the accident, Tiago Grila did not have a valid driver’s license in his possession, but only a replacement guide, as the original document had been removed from him as a result of several traffic violations.
Remember that Tiago Grila is currently facing charges from the Public Prosecutor’s Office related to a run-over that occurred in Amadora, in January 2024.
The influencer is accused of committing a crime of serious harm to physical integrity through negligence, a crime of failing to provide assistance and a crime of driving without a legal license. The decision on whether to go to trial should be known on July 6th.
