Centers prefer to maintain the 6×1 transition – 07/01/2026 – Panel

Although the president of , (União-AP), suggests ending the transition at the end of , people prefer to keep the text as it is for fear that the PEC will have to return to , if it undergoes changes.

The proposal foresees the application of the end of the 6×1 scale 60 days after the enactment of the law, with a reduction in working hours from 44 to 40 hours per week taking effect after a period of one year.
