Two other names with good circulation at Palácio do Planalto who are competing for Lula’s blessing are the minister of the CGU (Comptroller General of the Union), Vinicius Carvalho, and Wellington César Lima e Silva, current lawyer for Petrobras and former secretary of Legal Affairs of the Presidency.
The name of the current president of the STM (Superior Military Court), is mentioned.
