Vienna – The National Council doubled the investment bonus on Wednesday evening. The only opposition votes came from the Greens, even if their budget spokesman Jakob Schwarz called the measure “not unreasonable”. He missed counter-financing or feared that the expenses would be offset by savings in climate measures. This time a yes came from the FPÖ, whose MP Arnold Schiefer recalled that the original proposal came from his party.
