In another plenary session, the Chamber of Deputies approved, this Wednesday (15), another batch of materials that refer to the appreciation of teachers and the protection of children.
A, celebrated on Sunday (12), and Teacher’s Day, celebrated this Wednesday. Part of the package was appreciated on Tuesday (14).
See the items appreciated and approved in this session:
- PL nº 2.810/2025 – increases the penalty for crimes against the sexual dignity of vulnerable people and, among other measures, establishes urgent protective measures. The matter returns to the Federal Senate.
- PL n° 4.937/2024 – establishes the National Literacy Child Commitment, in order to guarantee the right to literacy for Brazilian children. The matter goes to presidential sanction.
- PL n° 1.971/2025 – establishes the National Policy for the Protection of Early Childhood in the Digital Environment, with the aim of promoting the safe, healthy and conscious use of technology by children up to six years of age. The matter goes to the Federal Senate.
- PL n° 2.225/2024 – principles and guidelines for the formulation and implementation of public policies aimed at realizing the right of children and adolescents to nature. The matter goes to the Federal Senate.
- PL nº 3.444/2023 – establishes rules for the activities of “child digital influencers” and provides for the need for judicial authorization for the participation of minors in artistic representations carried out in a digital environment. The text goes to the Federal Senate.
- PL nº 3.287/2024 – establishes the Immediate Assistance and Intervention Protocol for the Prevention and Protection of Children and Adolescents in Cases of Suspected Violence in Virtual Environments. The text goes to the Federal Senate.
- PL nº 5.669/2023 – establishes a Policy for Preventing and Combating Violence in Schools. The matter goes to the Federal Senate.
