Vienna – The FPÖ can continue to call the Documentation Archive of the Austrian Resistance (DÖW) “pseudo-scientific” even after a decision by the Vienna Higher Regional Court (OLG). The Higher Regional Court rejected a corresponding appeal by the DÖW against the Vienna Commercial Court’s ruling in February, as can be seen from the ruling available to the APA.
