When looking for the perfect dinner for cold days, which is not only tasty but also very filling, it is worth preparing soup with minced meat and rice. Thanks to its additions, it can easily replace two dinner courses and will make you feel full.
What’s more, it is a dish that can be prepared in one pot and does not require great culinary skills. If you want the soup to be perfect, it is worth seasoning the minced meat first, e.g. with marjoram or granulated garlic, to emphasize the flavor.
However, if we prefer a smoother consistency, we can replace canned tomatoes with passata. Also remember to rinse it thoroughly before adding the rice to prevent the soup from thickening too much and changing its structure.

Preparing soup with minced meat and rice is not difficult and does not take much time. In addition, we do not need complicated ingredients to prepare this tasty dinner. All we need is the following products:
- 1 cup of rice,
- 450 g of minced pork and beef,
- 1 can of chopped tomatoes (passata optional),
- 1 onion,
- 2 tablespoons of tomato paste,
- 2 cloves of garlic,
- 1 carrot,
- 1.5 l bouillon,
- 2-3 tablespoons of canned corn,
- 1 teaspoon of sweet pepper,
- 0.5 teaspoon of hot pepper,
- 2 oil,
- sun,
- pepper.
The first step is heat the oil in a pot and fry the onion and garlic. Add the minced meat and wait until it browns. Then add paprika, pepper, salt, grated carrot and fry everything for a few more minutes.
Then Pour the broth, concentrate and tomatoes into the pot. Add the rice and cook over low heat for about half an hour until the rice becomes soft. Add the corn and cook the soup for another 3-4 minutes. Finally, we try the dish and season it if necessary.
