Kickl wants a voluntary “Austria basket” from the food trade

Vienna – FPÖ leader Herbert Kickl appeals to the food trade to use a voluntary initiative to limit inflation in basic foods. The retail chains should define a shopping basket with price-stable everyday products in order to ensure an affordable supply of basic foods, according to the suggestion. According to the FPÖ, Kickl addressed this in a letter to the trade association and the leading food retailers on Saturday.
