According to the PRF, the driver was traveling along BR-316 and, upon noticing the presence of a police vehicle, tried to avoid inspection by entering a gas station and returning along the highway. The suspicious attitude caught the attention of the agents, who followed up and approached the vehicle.

During the document check, the police discovered that there was an open arrest warrant against the man, issued by the Acre Court of Justice in September 2021, after a final conviction for drug trafficking.

Complying with the court order, the PRF arrested the driver, who was taken to the Zé Doca Regional Police Station, where he was placed at the disposal of the courts.
